Aac / Non Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block Plant

An AAC / NAC block plant is a manufacturing facility that produces AAC / NAC blocks or panels in large quantities. The plant typically includes machinery and equipment such as mixers, molds, cutting machines, and curing chambers. The plant may use either the autoclaving process or a non-autoclaving process, depending on the type of material being produced.In an AAC block plant, the raw materials, such as cement, lime, sand, water, and aluminum powder, are mixed together in a specific ratio to form a slurry. This slurry is then poured into molds and allowed to cure for a period of time. After curing, the blocks or panels are cut to the desired size using cutting machines and then subjected to the autoclaving process, where they are treated with high-pressure steam to harden and strengthen the material.
