Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how the delivery of products and services works for transactions arranged through the eb2bmart platform, operated by eb2bmart. It forms part of, and should be read together with, the eb2bmart Terms and Conditions.

1

The Platform does not deliver products

eb2bmart is an online business-to-business marketplace that helps Buyers and Sellers discover one another, exchange enquiries, and communicate for the purpose of independent commercial transactions. The Company is not a manufacturer, seller, courier, freight forwarder, or logistics provider, and does not itself stock, handle, package, ship, or deliver any product or service listed on the Platform.

The Company's role is limited to providing the technology platform through which Buyers and Sellers connect. Once a Buyer and Seller agree to transact, all aspects of that transaction — including delivery — are handled directly and exclusively between them.

2

Delivery is solely between Buyer and Seller

All matters relating to delivery of goods or performance of services, including without limitation the following, are agreed and managed entirely between the Buyer and the Seller, without any involvement of the Company:

  • Mode, route, and carrier of shipment or transport.
  • Delivery timelines, schedules, and delivery windows.
  • Packaging, labelling, and handling of goods.
  • Freight, shipping, and insurance charges.
  • Customs clearance and documentation for domestic or cross-border shipments.
  • Inspection, quality check, and acceptance of goods on delivery.
  • Any delay, loss, damage, or shortage occurring in transit.

Buyers and Sellers are responsible for agreeing these terms directly with one another — typically as part of the purchase order, invoice, or supply agreement between them — before a transaction is concluded.

3

No liability for delivery outcomes

Because the Company is not a party to any transaction and has no control over how a Seller fulfils an order or how a Buyer receives it, the Company:

  • Does not guarantee that any product or service will be delivered, or delivered within any particular time.
  • Is not responsible for non-delivery, late delivery, part-delivery, wrong delivery, or delivery of damaged, defective, or non-conforming goods.
  • Is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to goods in transit, however caused.
  • Does not arrange, recommend, or endorse any particular courier, logistics partner, or shipping method.

Any claim relating to delivery must be raised by the Buyer directly with the Seller (or the Seller's chosen logistics partner), in accordance with the terms agreed between them.

4

Due diligence before transacting

Buyers and Sellers are strongly encouraged to agree clear delivery terms in writing before a transaction is finalised, including expected delivery timelines, shipping costs, responsibility for insurance, and the process for reporting damaged or missing goods. Users are advised to exercise reasonable caution and independent due diligence when dealing with a new counterparty, particularly for high-value orders or first-time transactions, and to refer to the fraud advisory in the Terms and Conditions before making advance payments or shipping goods.

5

Grievances regarding Platform use

While the Company cannot resolve or mediate delivery disputes between a Buyer and a Seller, a User may report any misuse of the Platform in connection with a delivery-related issue — such as suspected fraud, a fake listing, or impersonation — to the Grievance Officer below, so that the Company can take appropriate action against the offending Account under the Terms and Conditions.
