Yes. You can request an upgrade or downgrade anytime from your seller dashboard — the new plan's pricing and lead quota apply once the change is approved.
Your listings stay live, but you'll stop receiving new leads until you renew. We send reminders before expiry so you don't lose momentum.
Each package includes a weekly cap on leads and buy leads. Unused leads don't carry over — the quota resets at the start of each week of your subscription.
No, all package prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST is added at the applicable rate when your invoice is generated.
