Product Description SRBP tubes are produced by winding a pre-impregnated Phenolic paper (electrical grade) through heated roller on High Pressure Rolling Machine. It has excellent di-electrical strength in both air and immersed in oil and good mechanical properties, low water absorption and high insulation resistance. Its produced in various shapes like Round, Square, Rectangular, Hexagonal etc Inner dia 2mm to 630mm and length up to 1600mm Applications in Distribution Transformers, Expulsion fuses, switchgear, bobbins and other electrical insulation purpose. With same process Millborn Offer SRBP tubes and Rods. Manufactured with fine/medium weave cotton fabric which is bonded with phenolic resin were developed to complement the range of moulded tubes and rods. Having good mechanical strength, low water absorption and are resistant to weathering and to chemical attack by mild acids and alkalis. They are most commonly used to manufacture mechanical and wear resistance components for a wide range of engineering applications like bushes, seals etc They are strong and rigid, with good bursting strength and excellent wear resistance in lubricated applications.
