Product Description: The Sealopack Heavy Duty Vertical Continuous Band Sealing Machine is specially designed to seal spout pouches filled with liquid soap of different sizes heights. This machine includes a variable speed drive ensuring the variation in the speed of the machine is in accordance to the height of the pouch. This machine involves a Teflon Belt of 25mm, sealing width of 12mm with Conveyor Belt of 12″ wide and can seal pouches of packets varying unto 18" in height attached with a PID controller. Head pointers: Seals pouches made of Laminated & Aluminum Foil material The machine includes a Teflon Belt of size 25 x 1000 mm a Timing Belt of size – 6 x 560 mm and has the capacity to seal a Width ranging from 8 – 15 mm Seals 2000-10000 pouches per day Holds capacity to pack a product weighing 100g – 1kg The machine comes with a digital temperature controller & a speed control drive which is the Variable Frequency Drive System (VFD)
