Addition of Ingredients (Fruits,Nuts etc.) with various level of consistancy ( any time in between the running cycle of Ice Ceram production cycle) is possible without interfering the machine operation (i.e. Ice Cream production process). LCD Display for operational information. Four Preset Modes for easy operations: time, gelato, sorbet, natural ice cream mode. Reversible shaft roatation for homogeneous ingredient mixing and faster extraction. Overrun is adjustable with variable speed motor. Automatic consistancy control for productin cycle. variable electronic consistancy control for product consistancy under varying loads. Production cycle time is 12 to 13 minutes,so four batches per hour.
