Horizontal Circulation Parking System

This is an independent and automatic parking system. Dedicated location for the ENTRY/EXIT of the car. The system is preferably designed for the Car entry at the TOP i.e the ground floor and parking system BELOW i.e under the ground floor. The Circulation and Parking Element addresses the creation of a safe and efficient street system to accommodate the movement of people and goods, as well as pathways to serve bicyclists and pedestrians. This element closely correlates with the Land Use Element.
