Fixing Procedure JSE Hi-Rib profile sheet when used for Roofing & Cladding applications are fixed to steel supports /Purlins with Zinc-coated galvanized Hex head self drilling fasteners with integrated metallic washers & EPDM to avoid corrosion. Weights are based on cover width for BMT as shown. Substrate is Galvalume steel (150gms/m coating mass) For Wall Cladding Properties of profile are calculated in accordance with IS-801. Section properties take into account reduced width of compression flange in accordance with IS-801.
