A reverse osmosis stage sits at the core, followed by an ultra filtration module that blocks suspended solids, bacteria plus most organic molecules. All pressure vessels, frames and pipework consist of stainless steel - rust does not form but also the structure tolerates chemical cleaning cycles. The unit starts, stops and rinses itself without manual intervention. It accepts three phase electric energy at voltages from two hundred forty to four hundred forty volts as well as at frequencies of fifty or sixty hertz. For every hundred litres fed into the plant, fifty to fifty five litres emerge as purified water - the remainder carries rejected salts to drain. The assembly suits factories, beverage producers and any site that needs an even flow of clean water under heavy load.
