When the machine is in operation, the total conveyor load is up to 3 kg plus each side is able to hold 1 kg. By using a power supply of 220 V/50 Hz and consuming 650 W, the device makes sealing speeds between 0 - 12 but also up to 16 m/min available. If a specific heat is required, the temperature control is adjustable up to 300°C so that seals are uniform on film types with a thickness up to 0.08 mm. And the unit provides a sealing width that is 8 - 10 mm wide - due to the need for different package profiles, the distance between the conveyor and the seal center is adjustable between 10 - 40 mm. As the machine is 32 kg in net weight, it is easy to move as well as to place into existing systems. It is intended for medium‑duty production so that the rate of output is steady, the time for setup is short and the need for maintenance is low.
