Electrical Panel Box

A distribution board (also known as panelboard, breaker panel, electric panel, DB board or DB box) is a component of an electricity supply system that divides an electrical power feed into subsidiary circuits while providing a protective fuse or circuit breaker for each circuit in a common enclosure.An electrical panel or fuse box is the central hub of the house's electrical system where the incoming voltage is separated into the various circuits. The panel or box is designed to cut off electricity to one of the circuits in case of overload on the circuit indicating an electric short.
