Flat Belt Conveyors are Belt Conveyors in which the carrying run is supported by flat-belt idlers or pulleys.To align a flat belt conveyor simply adjust the tail end pulley or the idler pulley, it is provided with adjuster bolt to adjust it in order to align the conveyor.Flat belt conveyors are a handling system that operate using continuous belts to transport products or materials from A to B. They transport products in a similar way to modular belts, but tend to be more heavily used on straight runs, where as modular can be utilised on bends and turns.A flat belt is a belt with a flat surface, usually evenly textured on both sides, used in a pulley system.
