The Mild Steel Cottonseed Dryer, Cylindrical Type, Automation Grade: Automatic, Capacity: 30 Ton - 100 Ton / Day is designed for efficient industrial drying of cotton seeds. A programmable controller starts the fan, burner and discharge screw - no operator stands beside the machine. Hot air enters the cylinder from one end, passes through the seed column plus leaves through the exhaust duct - every seed kernel loses moisture at the same rate. Mild steel plate forms the shell, the air duct and the support frame - the material resists rust but also shock for years. A single plant installs the dryer beside storage silos and runs it around the clock - output stays high as well as labor stays low. After order confirmation, the factory needs fifteen to twenty work days to fabricate, test and ship the unit - production starts within one month.
