Mortar Mixing Plant

Mortar mix is a critically important building component that must be combined thoroughly. Mortar is the bonding material between bricks, concrete block, stone, and many other masonry materials. It is made from Portland cement, lime, sand, and water in varying ratios.A dry mortar plant basically consists of a system of silos for the collection of raw materials (aggregates, cement, lime, additives etc.) which are dosed and carried to a mixer, where it finally gets the exact composition of the required mortar.
