Operation is straightforward: in AUTO mode, a single button press completes the recording, improving workflow efficiency for busy practices, while Manual mode gives clinicians more control when needed. The device prompts automatically for conditions like "Lead off" or "Lack of paper," reducing user error during recording. A high-resolution thermal-array printer (8 dots/mm vertical, 16 dots/mm horizontal) prints clear ECG waveforms with annotated lead marks, sensitivity, paper speed, and filter state — with no adjustment required.

Built for portability, the CMS100G features a 2.7" FSTN display, QWERTY alphanumeric keyboard, and carry handle, weighing just 1.5kg. It runs on a rechargeable lithium battery offering several hours of continuous use, capable of storing and recording up to 150 ECG waveforms.
