The Automatic Single Head Edible Oil Pouch Packing Machine, Capacity: 900PPH packs 900 pouches of oil every hour and keeps that pace through a full shift. It runs on either single- or three phase mains power plus needs no air supply - every motion is electric. A side mounted film stand feeds the pouch web and an Indian-built stainless frame carries the filling nozzle and heat seal jaws. Once the operator sets the pouch length but also fill volume on the touch screen, the machine forms, fills and seals each pouch without further help. The same settings work for edible oil, mustard oil, sunflower oil or any free flowing liquid. All product contact parts use food grade steel as well as nitrile seals that wash down quickly - the line stays clean. The gear motor, heater relays and timing belt are rated for three shift duty cutting stoppages to the odd film roll change. A small firm can bolt the unit to an existing bench, plug it into a 15 A socket or raise output without hiring extra labour.
