Conical Tensile Structure is a modern roofing product shaped like a cone. The frame is steel and the cover is a high grade tensile fabric that blocks ultraviolet light and will not rust. The fabric withstands outdoor weather, weighs little - yet spans wide areas without internal supports. Workers assemble the parts with nuts plus bolts - no welding is required on site. When the membrane becomes dirty, a wash with water removes the grime. After its service life ends, the fabric is recyclable.
