Single Screw Extruder Machine The pipe extruder machine/ is the most important part of any production line; it heats/ mixes/ and extrudes Finish pipe. Vacuum & Cooling Tank The vacuum and cooling tank cool and dry extruded pipe to help maintain ovality and pipe uniformity. Haul Off (Puller) Machine A pipe haul-off machine pulls fresh pipe from the extruder through the vacuum and cooling tank. Cutter Machine The pipe cutter machine cuts HDPE pipe to the desired length programmed into the HMI. The pipe coiler machine allows you to coil pipe for sale and distribution. Optional Extrusion DieHead An extrusion Die head can be added to your existing extruder machine to produce 3 layer pipe with a recycled core/ allowing you to save money on raw materials.
