The control panel of the fryer is enabled with AC Frequency driver for motor speed control and temperature control. Our Thermic Fluid Based Heat Exchangers are equipped with bucket type coarse and fines filters for fines removal. Pneumatic hood lifting makes cleaning beneath the fryer easy. For overnight storage of oil, SS Day Tank is provided with the fryer. The unit completes with mounting stand, inlet & outlet connections with valves and a top lid. Thermic Fluid Based Heat Exchangers are also equipped with oil level controller. Entire construction material is made up of SS304.
