Description

The De-waxed shells are fired in Oil/Gas/Electric fired furnace in an oxidising atmosphere to burn out any residual wax in the shell. The shell is further fired in the same furnace to higher temperatures to preheat the shell for pouring.The Oil/Gas FIRED furnace is provided with a modular burner with a harness for burner retraction during idle mode to ensure burner safety. The performance oriented design ensures low operating costs and low maintenance.The Furnaces are available in Custom Sizes and designs such as Box type, Rotary hearth and Pusher type designs.
