Description

The Stability Test Chamber is a precision environmental chamber that holds exact temperature and humidity conditions for long periods. It is used to study how drugs, food, cosmetics, chemicals, and other products change over time, so you can set reliable shelf life, storage conditions, and expiry dates.

It is designed for the long-term, intermediate, and accelerated stability studies required in the pharmaceutical industry, and delivers uniform, stable, and repeatable conditions around the clock. It suits pharma QC and R&D labs, formulation units, food and cosmetic labs, and testing laboratories.

Samples are placed on shelves inside the SS 304 chamber. A refrigeration system and heaters control temperature, while a humidifier and dehumidifier control moisture. A PID microprocessor controller reads the sensors continuously and corrects the conditions to hold your set point. Forced air circulation keeps temperature and humidity uniform on every shelf, and alarms alert you if conditions drift, so long studies run safely, even unattended.
