Seamless Rolled Rings

Seamless rolled ring forging is typically performed by punching a hole in a thick, round piece of metal (creating a donut shape), and then rolling the donut into a thin ring. We have 4 Ring Rolling Mills equipped with Schuler/Erfurt presses with capacity to produce rings upto 550mm (21 inch) Outer Dia and upto 25 KG (55 lbs) in weight. We can also make Contoured Rings so as to reduce the machining allowances to a minimum and make them very similar to the final shapes.Capacity : Max OD 550 mm (21 inch) Weight : 25 KG (55 lbs) As a parts provider to OEMs and Tier I companies, the automotive industry makes up a large portion of Forgewell's clientele. In keeping with company philosophy of remaining competitive through change, Forgewell has expanded its market by producing parts for a wide range of industries.
