Description
91 000 74051 This is a cement-based, polymer-modified unsanded grout (not epoxy). Designed for tile/stone joints of width ~ 1 mm to 3 mm — so fairly narrow joints. Works with a variety of surfaces: ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, glass mosaics, granite, marble and other natural or engineered stones. Comes in multiple packaging sizes (commonly 1 kg or 10 kg) and a wide range of colours (over 30+). Key Features & Benefits Smooth, non-scratching finish — since it's unsanded, it's safer for polished tiles, glass tiles, marble and delicate surfaces where sanded grout could scratch. Good adhesion & durability — polymer modification improves strength and bonding compared to plain cement grout. Weather- and water-resistant — suitable for both interior and exterior applications. Colour-fast and uniform — grout retains its colour over time without significant fading. Economical & easy to apply — widely available and a cost-effective option for narrow grout lines. Where it's Best Used Use this grout when: Joints between tiles/stones are narrow (1 – 3 mm) — for example, wall tiles, small floor tiles, mosaic, or polished stone surfaces. You have delicate or polished tiles (e.g. marble, glass mosaic, vitrified tiles) — unsanded grout reduces risk of scratching. You want a smooth, fine finish on tile walls or floors without visible sand particles. You need a budget-friendly, versatile grout for regular residential or commercial tiling jobs. ⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind / Limitations Because it's unsanded and meant for narrow joints, it's not suitable for wider grout joints (> 3 mm) — for those, a sanded grout would be better. As a cement-based grout, it may not offer the same stain-resistance or chemical resistance as high-end epoxy grouts. Proper mixing and application is needed (optionally with a grout-admixture for better performance) to achieve good strength and avoid shrinkage/cracking
