Description
The Electric PLC Based Keypad Model, Capacity: 200-1000ml, Single Phase fills any volume between 200 ml and 1000 ml with high accuracy - it fits well on today's production lines. The unit bolts to the panel, runs on a single phase supply plus is driven by a 5 kW electric motor - the frame is stainless steel for long life. A PLC with a keypad lets the operator set each dose in plain digits and the machine repeats the same volume without compressed air. It draws 5 kW but also works fully automatically raising output in food, drug and beverage plants. Model AD keeps the programmed dose identical from one cycle to the next as well as is sold with a one year warranty. Buyers may order a single unit. The machine is compact, needs little upkeep and gives Indian producers a sturdy, semi automatic step up from hand filling.
