It is made of 2 hour fire rated curtain to prevent smoke from entering the cabin. Electromagnetic Brake & Thruster Brake 2 types of independent braking systems are provided. Both brakes work in sequence. Electromagnetic brake is connected with motor & additional Thruster brake is installed at the opposite side of the brake motor to adding safety. Wireless Remote Control High range wireless remote control & transmitters are provided with features of Auto/ Manual mode, Floor selection, Display and emergency stop. This wireless technology eliminates the hanging cable to comes between machine room & cabin. Digital Wireless Floor Calling Indication Display Floor Calling Buttons are provided on each floor and the pressed floor is displayed on the screen inside the cage. The sequence aids the operator during evacuation. Automatic Rescue Device Incase of power failure from generator, the Automatic Rescue Device in the lift which has battery backup helps to move the lift to the next nearest floor for safe evacuation of the Passengers. Power Form Wire Rope High strength wire rope is used for longer life and safety. Encoder Assembly It is provided for accurate floor stopping through encoder. Encoder assembly is mounted on drive unit which feeds data into PLC. Limit switch Assembly Top and bottom limit switches are provided to prevent over travel of the cabin. Guide Roller Spring loaded guide roller is provided for smoother ride. Variable Frequency Device (VFD) VFD provides for Jerk free movement during start, stop & while in operation. Over Speed Governor It prevents free fall of cabin, in case breakage of lifting wire rope. Landing Door It can be customsied as per building layout. We can provide Half Door/ Full Door/ Fire Rated Full door. Control Panel Enclosure It has Ingress Protection (IP) rating standard as per EN 60529 (British BS EN 60529:1992, European IEC 60509:1989) which blocks dust and water from entering inside.
