Description
The PET 120 Ton Injection Moulding Machine is for making PET preforms and plastic items at high speeds. It provides 120 tons of force to hold moulds. To increase the number of items made and lower the time for each cycle, the machine pushes plastic into the mould at a rate of 115 cc/sec. For the purpose of running without stopping in a factory, the unit includes a tank that holds 245 liters as well as uses 20.4 HP of power. With a stroke of 325 mm for the mould clamp, operators can use many different moulds and produce items effectively. In addition the machine weighs 4 tons so that it does not move or shake when it operates quickly.
