It can be used on large field jobs as well as in a small workshop. The machine is designed with special aluminum alloy making it light weight yet robust. The other parts of machine are of stainless steel and special brass alloy making it rust free.FPC Auto is simple and easy to operate pipe cutting & bevelling machine. It can cut pipe from minimum 150 mm(6") diameter to any larger diameter pipes by quickly changing the length of the chain. It can be operated in clockwise or counter-clockwise direction from either side of the machine.FPC Auto can cut pipes from 5 mm to 100 mm thickness by choosing correct nozzle size. The machine can cut bevel upto 45° by selecting the required degree on the torch holder of the machine. The machine torch can be adjusted 65 mm vertically and 200 mm horizontally along the pipe surface by rack & pinion attachments. The torch control valves, machin operating handles are all located near by for quick and easy operation.FPC Auto can also be used for cutting stainless steel and othe non ferrous pipes by using plasma cutting torch.The torch holder to suit your plasma cutting torch can be supplied as an optional attachment.
