Pizza oven

A pizza oven has so much mass and insulation in its thick walls that it stays hot for a long time. Adding a log every 20 minutes is enough to keep it at it's highest temperatures. It retains its heat to continue cooking lower temperature dishes for around 24 hours.pizza oven
