Roller Grill Double deck pizza oven PZ 430 D

Pizza ovens rely on high, retained heat to bake your crust to crispy perfection while simultaneously cooking (but not burning) your toppings. To achieve this ideal cooking environment, pizza ovens rely on the circulating heat, not the open flame, to cook your food. The secret? Just stack a few bricks on the grill and put a pizza stone on top. This allows the heat to circulate around and underneath the pizza, ensuring that the crust and toppings finish cooking at the same time.
