Planetary Mixer 40 Ltr

Planetary mixers have a single motor and a stationary bowl. They come in smaller countertop versions and larger floor-standing models and are among the most popular mixers for commercial kitchens. As the name implies, planetary mixers feature an agitator that moves around the bowl like a planet.Planetary mixers are multi-functional mixers with a fixed, non-rotating bowl. The bowl is raised and lowered into the mixing position. The utensil rotates around the non-rotating bowl like the way the planets rotate the sun. That's why it's called a Planetary mixer.
