Description
Bronze Filled PTFE is reinforced with bronze powder with the percentage varying between 40% and 60%, resulting in a very hard-wearing material. It has weaker chemical resistance than other grades of PTFE and isn't suitable for electrical applications.Used in Oil & Gas Research. Teflon Bush are useful in the oil and gas and energy sectors because they can coat a variety of substrate. Sealing Application. Teflon Bushes are used to make washers. Chemical Processing. Laboratory Applications. Temperature: -200°C up to +260°C. Excellent resistance to low and high temperatures. Inferior chemical resistance to other grades of PTFE (it can be attacked by acids and alkali metals).
