The frame uses mild steel for long life - it runs on 440 V three phase power and carries a sturdy control panel that allows smooth operation. It forms sheet at 15 m per minute, handles stock up to 1450 mm wide and accepts metal from 0.5 mm to 1 mm thick. Twenty-two roll stations give accurate, repeatable high rib corrugations that add strength to the panel. An automatic shear cuts the sheet to length without manual help - the line suits large scale production.
