Air Blasting Single Door Suction Shot Blast Machine

S.K. Engineering & Shot Blast has manufactured an Air Blasting Single Door Suction Shot Blast Machine that needs a 220 V supply and runs without manual help. One hinged door gives entry to the cabinet - the outer skin carries a coat of paint that resists knocks in a busy workshop. A suction recovery system lifts spent shot plus returns it to the blast gun. The motor and blower generate only 45 dB of sound - nearby work continues with little disturbance. Fabricators use the unit to clean or profile metal parts before welding, painting or coating. The control program repeats a fixed cycle that meters fresh shot, meters air but also triggers the gun for a preset time. The frame, door seals and hose are built for daily duty as well as require only routine filter changes.
