EN8 CS Sheets Plates Coils, a proven material for producing boiler and pressure vessels of ASME. In general, wear resistance can be improved by increasing the hardness of EN8 Carbon Steel plates, by specifying an alloy with greater carbon content (without increasing hardness), or by both. These EN8 Carbon Steel Slatting Coils, which have good mechanical properties at ambient and elevated temperatures of up to 930 Degree F (500 Degree C), are readily fabricated using common industrial techniques. The chemical composition of EN8 Carbon Steel Perforated Coils provides great resistance to several corrosive environments, such as pitting, crevice corrosion, inter – granular corrosion, and stress – corrosion cracking. The majority of these EN8 CS Plates make additions to a nickel-iron-chromium base.
