700mm Semi Auto Box Stretch Wrapping Machine

The 700mm Semi Auto Box Stretch Wrapping Machine is for the process of wrapping cartons and boxes with stretch film on production and dispatch lines. It is equipped with a 700 mm turntable that rotates at a speed of approximately 30 r/min. It is powered by a standard 220 V single phase electrical supply at 50 - 60 Hz. Because the drive is rated at about 0.12 W, the machine uses a low amount of energy. For the balance of load containment plus material cost, it is compatible with stretch films that have a thickness between 20 and 25 microns. As a model from ETSPACK, the DBC-800 uses a semi automatic control system. By using this system, the operator can complete tasks easily and repeat the wrapping cycles. Due to the physical dimensions of roughly 1150 x 600 x 2347 mm, the machine fits in standard packing areas. With this design the machine makes loads stable and prevents damage to cartons during transit.
