RAPTORs ‘Super Hammer Mill’ is designed with the art of technical designing having Low Power Consumption and easy handling & Maintenance for Grain based Distillery Milling section. Super Hammer Mill is made out in three Parts from MS heavy duty from prime plate. In Top part of Hammer Mill having with easy quick replaceable serrated liners at the top on inner surfaces and Bottom Part of Hammer Mill having with dynamically balanced rotor assembly with alloy steel suitable heavy duty shaft, bearing, pedestal, suitable to product easy quick replaceable swing type hardened hammers and MS screen. Super Hammer Mill contains Rota Feeder, Plenum Chamber and Air Relishing System with it, having capacity of 2 TPH to 10 TPH (and Multiple) for Grain based Distillery milling section. For grain base distillery or Grain processes unit or higher capacity, Super Hammer Mill and Rota feeder unit modified with advance controlling system. Rota feeder is controls the feeding of Grain/Material to Hammer Mill by manually as per Hammer Mill load and also Rota feeder feed atmospherically fresh air in Hammer mill for to reduce the Hammer Mill internal Temperature. In this set there is a specially Advance designed material distribution piece & Rota Feeder having facility of Fresh Air inlet with Auto/Manual control damper and air path connected with outlet thus materials will enter in Hammer Mill will Fresh Air. Also Permanent type magnet is designed in path of material for removing any iron particle. There are also a specially Designed PLENUM chamber below Hammer Mill with air relishing system. It will work to remove excises centrifuged air pressure during Hammer Mill running. Which reduce air back presser in Hammer mill. With the help of above combined Hemmer Mill set smoothly working with highly efficiency of Hammer Mill and highly reduces ware and tare of Hammer Mill internal parts like Hammer, Liner, and Screen etc. Complete System in Grain Cleaning-Milling-Sieving-Storage-conveying and Batch/Online weighing System plant is designed suitable your site condition, less man power required, easy to handle-operate and accordingly to automation. Capacity of plant is 2 TPH to 10 TPH.
