After installation, the owner rinses the fabric with a hose twice a year and checks the bolts for tightness - no other routine work is required. Factories test each steel batch for strength as well as each fabric roll for tear resistance before shipment - the finished canopy performs in coastal salt air, desert heat or city snow equally well.
