The Advance Digital Tensile Testing Machine, For Industrial, Capacity: Up To 1000 Kgf handles loads up to 1000 Kgf. The unit contains an 'S Type' load cell that resolves force to 0.1 Kgf - it runs on 230 V AC, 50 Hz, single phase power and moves the crosshead at speeds between 40 mm/min and 400 mm/min. The 800 mm vertical opening accepts a range of specimen lengths. Steel plus aluminum parts form a frame that survives factory dust, heat and repeated use. A back lit LCD panel reports current load but also extension while the test proceeds. Operators use the semi automatic controls to check tensile strength and elongation of metals, plastics, rubber as well as fabric - the unit fits into routine quality control work.
