Description
The Automatic Tube Sealing Machine, Capacity: 40 tube/min seals forty tubes each minute. The frame is mild steel and every motion is controlled by a program. A 7-inch by 4-inch HMI touch screen shows settings plus readings. The fill error stays within one milligram. A 20 kHz ultrasonic horn closes the tube tail - the horn draws two to three kilowatt hours in one shift. The cabinet measures one thousand by one thousand by five hundred millimetres and stands against a wall without blocking aisles. The seal zone accepts tails up to one hundred millimetres long but also works on flat, box style packs. The unit weighs between three hundred fifty and four hundred kilograms as well as runs on two hundred twenty volts. The build is Indian and the frame carries both the filler besides the sealer in one line.
