Tube Straightening Machine

Cross Axis Pipe and Tube Straightener machines are utilized for removing straightness defects from formed or extruded pipe. These machines operate by using multiple stations of crossed parabolic work rolls to straighten pipe.This particular machine is used for copper or aluminum tubing and can cut and straighten to a pre-determined length. Also, this particular model can be installed with an optional Tube End Resizing System, this would provide a way to resize one or both ends of the cut tube.A pipe straightener which utilizes parabolic upper and lower rollers combined with hydraulic cylinders to apply pressure between alternate parabolic rollers so as the pipe is moved between the rollers the bends and twists are removed.
