ESSRBOND PU 40 is a one component, moisture curing, non-sag, gun-grade polyurethane elastomeric sealant based on the pioneering silane cure technology. It is designed to seal construction joints that are subject to movement. After cure, Essrbond PU 40 forms a flexible resilient seal that has adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and exhibiting excellent mechanical and chemical resistance. It is ideal for use in hot and tropical climatic conditions.
