Wood Fired Pizza Oven

Wood fire ovens work by trapping all the heat generated. The pizzas are not directly cooked from the heat of the fire, instead, the pizzas are baked using the trapped heat inside the walls of the brick oven. One needs to heat the chamber beforehand for sufficient time so that the pizzas get ready in minutes.
